ClickUp Begins…

The last 3 months has been some of the hardest in my career. We grew and hit the next level of our team (See Rules of 3 and 10s).

As we scale our offerings, you ran into a number of obstacles:

– Rolling out new software to upgrade our user experience (still in progress)

– Deploying our new MDR solution

– Smoothing out and building new processes in every level of our services

I struggled to manage my day-to-day solely from Microsoft 365 products. I needed something else. I decided to integrate Clickup as my go-to Planner with Outlook for email and calendar. Clickup has helped me wrap my head around my day/week and planning. More prepared for meetings and no more “What was the other things?” (How many of you have heard that from me?… too many.)

It’s a journey, I’m still working on it, but the level of security I feel in having my thoughts and tasks in one place is already paying back dividends to me (both in time and mental bandwidth).

So today is LevelUp, Clickup’s annual conference, excited to join as our first year as a partner. ClickUp 3.0 will be unveiled.

I’m most excited for the new mobile app so I can be more productive on the go.
